Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a structured, in-person process that uses deep relaxation and guided imagery to access inner awareness, insight, and perspective beyond the conscious mind.
QHHT sessions are experiential rather than directive. They offer a way to listen more deeply to the subconscious or Higher Self, allowing insight, understanding, and integration to emerge in a grounded and personal way.
This work is offered in person only and unfolds over a full session, allowing time, safety, and containment.

QHHT is a method developed by Dolores Cannon that guides a person into a deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind softens and inner awareness becomes more accessible.

inner guidance or understanding
This state is sometimes described as the somnambulistic level of relaxation, where inner awareness and subconscious material may become more accessible.
The emphasis is not on interpretation or belief, but on what is meaningful and relevant for you.

What QHHT Is Not
QHHT is not:
stage hypnosis or loss of control
mind manipulation
a predictive tool
a replacement for medical or psychological care
You remain aware throughout the process and are able to speak, reflect, and engage at all times.
This work supports insight and self-understanding – it does not diagnose, prescribe, or promise outcomes.
What Happens in a Session
A QHHT session is longer than a standard session and unfolds in several phases, including:
Preparation and intention setting
Guided relaxation into a deeply receptive state
Exploration of inner imagery, memory, or awareness
Reflection and integration
The pace is calm and respectful, allowing the experience to unfold naturally rather than being pushed or directed.
Working With Me
I am a certified Level 2 QHHT practitioner and hold this work with care, discretion, and neutrality.
My role is not to interpret your experience for you, but to support a safe, grounded process in which your own insight can emerge.
QHHT sessions are always conducted in person, and I remain present and attentive throughout.
